The short version
There is no released app and no installer. The launcher and the customer app have no code. The repository holds a planning catalog, design documents, draft contract files and the first milestone of the developer-side packaging engine, whose tests we ran and which passed. Its artifacts are stubs.

Designed (documents, no code yet)
- The launcher: offline mode, user-initiated signed updates, rollback, screens (ADR-0001, LAUNCHER facet).
- The package spec (PACKAGE_SPEC facet) and the paired-development, build-delivery, Offline/Online toggle and free-start rules (ADR-0002).
- Compartmentalisation of Simca Logistics and a versioned contract with the core.
- Interchange (CONNThe catalog module code for Interchange: digital waybilling and the supply network. The product name is not decided. Glossary) flows and the Logistics overlay as catalog items and strategy text.
- A stack recommendation: Rust core, Flutter UI, SQLite (WALWrite-ahead logging, a SQLite journaling mode the stack recommendation uses for durability. Glossary). A recommendation, no spike done.

All 3,181 catalog items are planned, across 45 modules. None is built. Browse them.
Not decided
- Base-layer name: POS Interchange, POS Supply Loop or POS Conecta (overlay working name: Simca Logistics).
- The exact boundary of the free pricing class, including whether it covers full POS selling.
- Prices, the tier table and co-op thresholds: not in the repository.
- Board distribution without servers, reputation math, GPS opt-in, relay nodes, process isolation, contract transport, dispute helper, signature scheme (Ed25519 proposed).
- Sign-in method; hosting for manifests and downloads; portable start without the launcher; whether the launcher may make one disclosed request on start.
- The free-package profit threshold: its value, the definition of profit, and whether the fee applies to the free logistics package. How it relates to the README's buy-once wording.
- Implementation stack (spike not done) and support for Windows 7/8.1.
- Domain, public contact mailbox, public download policy and legal text.
