Quarterly transparency (placeholder)
What the cost is, and what the flat fee would be MOCK
Each quarter Simca will publish its running costs and how they turn into one flat fee, the same for every product including Simca Logistics, shared by paying members. This page shows the layout with random mock numbers. There is no price today.
MOCK DATA: RANDOM NUMBERS, NOT REAL COSTS, NOT A PRICE
Every figure on this page is generated at random for demonstration. It uses the code XXX, which means “no currency”. It is not an offer, not a quote and not a forecast. Real figures will replace it only when they exist, and this banner will go away only then.
How the flat fee is worked out
- Add up the quarter’s cost lines. They change every quarter, so they are published data, not fixed in the software.
- Take off any public donations (they are listed below). What is left is the amount the paying members share. There is no multiple of the cost and no margin on top.
- Divide by the number of paying members and round down, so all members together never pay more than that amount. The result is one flat fee, the same for every business and every product, Simca Logistics included. It is never a percentage of anyone’s revenue.
- When few members share the cost, each share is large. As more members join the fee falls, so early members see their own bill drop. There is no extra charge for the launch period and no per-member ceiling: the first members may pay a lot, and we say so plainly.
- The fee is charged quarterly. It never rises when more members join; it can rise from one quarter to the next only if the published costs rise, and the page would then say “rose”, never “dropped”.
This page lists the costs that make up the fee. The company keeps its other finances private.

What is decided and what is not
- Acquisition is free. A fee can apply only when a business’s net profit passes a threshold, tentatively 10,000 soles per month, net after all operating expenses. The threshold is tentative and may change.
- The software itself is free. If a business above the threshold does not pay, only the paid features, updates and online extras stop: it can always run the software, read its books and sales data, export them and reach the records the law requires it to keep. This is a tentative decision.
- There is no margin on top of the cost: the fee is the plain share of the cost. That is a tentative decision, so costs have to stay bounded.
- The price table is still a placeholder: no real fee exists anywhere.
- The fee is charged quarterly (decided); the profit threshold is measured per month. Grace and dispute rules are drafts that a lawyer must review.
- The same fee applies to every product, Simca Logistics included (decided). There is no per-member ceiling (decided).
- How a business shows it is above the threshold without telemetry is not decided either.
- This page is the company’s own statement. Customers cannot audit the costs from it. It is not an audit.
