What goes wrong with “Your bill has dropped X percent” in a shop, thinking about needs the starting quarter kept locally?
Built in the repository (checked files or tested library code; not a product you can run yet) C0255
ADR-0008: a member's change in bill is computed locally from the signed quarterly documents already on the computer, and says dropped, same or rose. It sends nothing anywhere. It refuses an unsound history (missing signature, out-of-order quarters, expired or mixed mock and real documents). The calculation exists as library code; the launcher screen that would show it does not. Plan for: needs the starting quarter kept locally; rose is reported as rose; no screen yet. It exists only as a file in the repository, not as a product feature.
