Designed in a document, no code yet C0250
ADR-0003: the launcher is free to download and use and has no login, profile or cloud state, like a game-store launcher. The app has its own login modes (offline key and PIN, or online credentials), and the launcher only offers updates and element choices. Plan for: offline mode governs the app only; online sign-in only for the four online features; no vendor account in any build. It is designed in a document and no code exists.
