Not in the catalog yet (a gap) C0868
Short answer: gaps, labelled Planned / not in the catalog yet (suggested by legacy F500 review). Missing: franchisee royalty and marketing-fund reporting; franchise and licensed-store product supply margins; vending, micro-market and unattended food. Partial: menu management across many locations; commissary and central kitchen supply; food safety logs (HACCP, temperatures, cleaning); delivery and order-ready timing, speed-of-service. Out of 17 functions reviewed. Planned thinking only, nothing built.
