Missing: customer purchase-order capture and PO-required accounts; dedicated account teams and Pro desks; government purchase cards and payment vouchers; tender, contract and bid management. Partial: subcontractor and vendor compliance; student/member accounts, fees and meal plans; donations, pledges and gift aid; volunteer, event and ticketed fundraising. Out of 18 functions reviewed. Planned thinking only, nothing built.
