Is “Manufacturer and store coupons” fully planned in Simca?

Planned / not in the catalog yet (suggested by legacy F500 review). What exists today in the plan: printed coupons barcode; coupon codes. What a business like Kroger typically adds: manufacturer-coupon clearing, plus barcode coupon scan and validation; coupon value and item match rules; manufacturer coupon reimbursement report; coupon fraud flags. Not built, not promised.
