Do I buy Simca once or pay every year?

Neither. Acquisition is free (ADR-0007), which replaces the earlier buy-once and yearly-fee wording. If a fee ever applies it is charged quarterly after the profit threshold. The plan is that a fee never blocks a business's own data or the installed version (recommended, not final). The fee calculator exists as code with MOCK numbers; no price or payment flow exists.
